Summer Hols

Woo its the summer hols. Finally they have arrived and we are about 2 weeks in now. Heres wats been happening. Yesterday Kate and I cycled to Fintry to see ben and lisa. It was great fun thought it was so hot. I cant believe how warm it was. Kate got sunburnt on her back and its a funny shape. So yeah cause it was so warm kate decided to go extreme paddlying as you do though she was fully clothed. Lol. She spent ages drying off. Bad thing was that her phone was in the pocket of her trousers and got soaked. Unbeliveably ben did the same thing. They left their phones drying all afternoon.

After sittin on the beach for ages we decided to head up to Katy rodgers farm where there is a cafe that has jst opened. I had a lovely smoothie and a nice fruit scone with jam and cream. So did the others. It was gorgeous. Really tasty. The rest of the day was spent in the park mucking around and sunbathing. At the end of the day kate and i cycled back which was hard as it was still roasting hot.

The other thing that has happened this holidays is Duke of Edinburgh Silver. That was on the friday, last day of term. It was lovely and sunny though untill we decided to set off when it started to rain.

But we were all still in high spirts untill a few hours along the track we relised we were on the rong side of the valley and we had to stay in a bus shelter till our leader arrived.

The rest of the weekend was great fun apart from the rain, the midges and the big hills.

We eventually reached the end but unfortunately have no more pictures.

Well there we go i have finally made another post to my blog. WOOOO go me.
